If you are not a certified charter operator, you do not need to submit forms to register for a CharterX account. Go to CharterX to register now.
If you are a certified air charter operator and you would like your company and fleet listed on CharterX, please complete the following steps:
- Download a new operator listing form
Download the new operator listing form by clicking the link below. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the downloaded file.Download a new operator listing form
- Fax the completed form to +1 (503) 336.1134
Once completed, fax the form along with copies of your company's Part 135 certificate and page D-085 from your FAA-issued Maintenance OpSpecs to +1 (503) 336.1134. If your company is located outside of the United States, you will need to fax a copy of your Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in lieu of a Part 135 certificate along with a fleet list including registrations and tailnumbers.
Once you have submitted a request, all changes should be reflected on the CharterX website within 72 hours.
