Fleet change request

Certified charter operators can submit fleet change requests (additions, deletions and/or changes) by completing the following steps:

  1. Download a fleet change request form
    Download a fleet change request form by clicking the link below. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the downloaded file.

  2. Fax the completed form to +1 (503) 336-1134
    Once completed, fax the fleet change request form along with a copy of your company's page D-085 from your FAA-issued Maintenance OpSpecs to +1 (503) 336-1134. If your company is located outside of the United States, you will need to fax a copy of your company’s fleet list including registrations and tailnumbers.

Once you have submitted a request, all changes should be reflected on the CharterX website within 72 hours.
